READ CAREFULLY!
Increased costs across our supply chains have caught up with us, and it’s time for us to adjust our product prices. The usual culprits: inflation, global supply chain problems due to COVID-19, and rising energy costs have led to our suppliers increasing their prices.
Bulgarian Post services, which we usually use were blocked due to a hacker attack on 16th of April. Most of the options are fixed, but the shipping to the USA is still on hold. We found a temporary replacement such as A1 Post.

I didn`t receive my package on time
We strictly keep up with our schedule. The shop is not responsible for any potential Postal Service issues.
I'm not happy with my order and I want my money back
The shop can issue a full refund only when:
- canceling the order immediately after the purchase is made;
- the item isn`t dispatched yet;
Take into account that every item requires a certain amount of resources that are included in the final price. Please, note that after the item is dispatched, we cannot issue a refund.
Partial refunds are possible when:
- The buyer sends back the item to the shop upon agreement. Then, we will assess its condition and based on the damage, we will partially reimburse the cost.
